Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please not that due to Covid-19 and various lockdown measures, processing time for your order might get delayed by a few days. We appreciate you bearing with us during these difficult times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is capped at ₹60 for all orders below ₹999. For orders above ₹999, shipping is free!
We have tied up with multiple courier services to ensure your pin code is serviceable. Shipping to anywhere in India usually takes between 4-6 working days. However, your order might get delayed by a few days due to lockdown measures.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We usually accept returns on all products that are received damaged as long as you send the product with its original packaging. To return a damaged product please write to us on bark@getfloof.com
Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting returns or exchanges of products as per government regulations. We will update our exchange policy once we get further updates from the government. For any issues regarding the same, you can reach out to us on bark@getfloof.com
